CDL holders: If you're looking for the best bang for your buck I'll recommend them. I had an old ticket in my semi truck somewhere in Bakersfield but forgot about it until I had to renew my license, and the ticket wouldn't let me. It stopped me, and I called them. They jumped right in. You'll have to wait it out for the right results, but it'll be worth the wait. The ticket was dismissed, and now I'm back rolling and more. Best decision I made.

Let me start out by saying that Bigger & Harman are the ultimate professionals!!! These guys know exactly what they are doing and will execute to the best of their ability to get rid of your ticket! I am a truck driver for 5 years now, I got my first speeding ticket going down Highway 58 coming from Tehachapi. The CHP officer was using lidar and was waiting at the bottom of the hill, I was behind 5 truckers that were all on each other's rear ends and were stabbing their brakes and just creating a hazard going down this steep downgrade hill, so then I took the initiative to get away from these truckers and not burn out/catch my brakes on fire. I was 80k pounds max weight limit, I right away decided that I won’t be behind a bunch of truckers jamming their brakes and almost rear-ending each other. I beat them all going faster than usual. CHP caught me and didn’t care about my story and wrote me a citation. Lucky for me, my friend got 3 tickets in Bakersfield/Kern County and he got all of them dismissed, and guess who he used……… Bigger & Harman Law Firm :) In conclusion, if you're a truck driver and get a ticket, don’t be frightened or frustrated, contact Bigger & Harman, they will keep your record clean and make your ticket disappear like it never happened.
